aren't bosses nice...

Well, sometimes! Today my boss is very nice!

Our place is stuck in a bit of a time warp when it comes to computers. Lots of things still get done on paper and there's loads of duplication.

So, I took it upon myself to create a simple excel spreadsheet to take over from the current "paper logs". It shows all the info the old system does but has the added bonus of some nifty formula's to automatically calculate some figures.

I was quite pleased with it but my boss thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread! And today, to show how much he appreciated my hard work and what I'd done he gave me some Debenham's vouchers as a thank you. Wow!

So I am feeling very happy now :o)
